New news

Well, just a few things to report...
Kyle and I had a ball to attend for his work this weekend. First time leaving the bebe at home. We found an awesome babysitter and besides her being awesome, we love the fact that she lives two doors down from us. I tried not to be too crazy of a first time mom, so I waited at least an hour into it to text her and see how things were going :-) We drank wine, ate dinner, drank some more wine, chatted with coworkers. It was fun. Hopefully next time we can make it to the dancing and skip the history of the military lecture.
Exciting news we found out this week is that we now only have 3 years left in the military instead of the 7 we thought we owed. A mistake was made on Kyles paperwork that he recently looked into, and sure enough we will have our freedom back sooner than we thought! I would love it if we finish out in Europe so here's to hoping!
I am looking forward to starting a new job  when we get back from Texas. It's a new surgery center that does only orthopedics and plastics. I worked with one of the surgeons and his team at another place in town and they recruited me over, so I am looking forward to it. It will be per diem to start with, looking forward to getting out of the house a day or two a week before I become a desperate housewife of Colorado Springs...! ;-)
Yesterday was a beautiful day out here. It has snowed twice that I can recall so far in the month of May and I hear it's not uncommon for it to snow in June. We went downtown and had appiteasers at three different restaurants and walked around to enjoy the nice day.
Here is miss Quinn enjoying the weather at the first stop. Representing Texas A&M. How can you not just love that adorable face and goofy hair!?!

Here is us today. Remember when I said I would start getting weird if I didn't go back to work at least one day a week. Here is proof. I'm teaching my newborn daughter how to take a selfie. She looks terrified. Yesterday Kyle and I made her do the Harlem Shake...
More proof... It's in everyone's best interest.

That's all to report for now! I will leave you with just a few more cute pictures. Love you guys!
Maybe my time could be better spent cleaning our mirrors and bathroom...
