We love Colorado. We would seriously consider settling down in some part of Colorado when we get to pick where we live. There is great skiing, the weather is sunny and nice like 300 days out of the year, the people are friendly, it is practically in the middle of Kyles family and my family. I could use a little more rain and moisture in the air, but I am not complaining. When my skin is all dried up and leathery in 3 years, then I may complain...
This winter has been long. Just three days ago it snowed here. It'll be very cold and snowy one day and then sunny and 60's the next. I can't keep up. Since Quinn has arrived, I have loved the sunny warmer weather so we can get out and hike, run, or walk around the neighborhood.
We all love the ergo carrier!! It's easy to use, it rocks her to sleep like a baby when I put her in it, and it gives me my hands back to do things like clean my nightstand in that first picture...oh wait. These pictures were taken from our walk two days ago. It was just warm enough to get out and I am so thankful it has been.
In a previous post, I mentioned how I was excited that Kyle had a long weekend. He may be one of the only people I know with a real job, besides teachers, that has four days off for spring break...but that's another topic. Anyways, I was excited. Until Kyle came home Thursday afternoon with the stomach bug. He was quarantined to the guest bedroom and bathroom and Quinn and I hid. Four days later, Kyle is healthy and poor Quinn has an upset tummy. I am hoping hers is less severe and shorter lived. Makes me so sad to see baby girl not feeling well! I will update how she is feeling soon...
